President’s Year-End Message

Another year has simply flown!

The changes around us – whether post-pandemic, social, political, technological, economic or otherwise – require that we help our members navigate through new and increasingly complex landscapes, which impact the companies for which we work and our communities.

There were many successes over the past year, particularly in providing opportunities for engagement of our members. We also introduced some innovative opportunities like the Import Network and our new eLearning platform HOPcampus.ca for sales training.

In the year ahead, we will continue to promote these initiatives, as well as work to add more programs designed to assist our members. In addition, the Association looks forward to conducting more events both virtually and in-person.

Thank you to our members for your continued participation and enthusiasm in our community, and program providers for your incredible support. Your dedication, loyalty, and commitment that you’ve shown is very much appreciated. How reassuring it has been to know that we can count on you regardless of what we’re facing. I’d like to give a special shout-out of appreciation to our Board of Directors, for their work on behalf of the CHPTA, thank you all!
