CHPTA members should be advised that the 2023 CHPTA Annual General Meeting will take place on the morning of Thursday, October 12th via Zoom from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET.
This will be the 54th Annual General Meeting and provides an opportunity for members to get updated and ask any questions on the finances, activities and future initiatives of the Association, as well as vote on board members who are up for election or re-election for another term.
Official notice will be sent out by email to members as well over the coming days with an option for the company’s voting member or alternate to assign a proxy to vote on their behalf if they cannot attend the meeting on October 12th.
