The Working for Workers Act changes the way many people in Ontario work, as well as how businesses and owners interact with their employees. Businesses with 25 or more employees must implement a written policy on disconnecting from work. Additionally, this new act prohibits Ontario employers from using non-compete agreements in certain cases.
This free webinar discusses specific actions employers and business owners should take in the coming months to remain compliant, as well as how to interpret the Working for Workers Act.
Join HRdownloads for this webinar as they discuss:
- Written policies on disconnecting from work;
