Imperial Manufacturing Group (IMG) is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of Seal-Tite LLC, a manufacturer of galvanized duct, pipe, and fittings produced particularly for the US wholesale market. The initial purchase agreement was formed in December 2021.
Seal-Tite has been producing high-quality HVAC products for 125 years. Its reputation for reliable and energy-efficient designs and its experienced and trustworthy team have made it the partner of choice in its highly competitive market. Seal-Tite currently services its customers from two locations: Hillsboro, OH, and Lebanon, PA.
“This acquisition contributes to our core business’s growth strategy by adding capacity to our air distribution division,” said Brad Spencer, IMG President and COO. “It permits us to offer an additional source of supply to our customers and to take on new opportunities.”
